Rubber and metal matched to operating conditions

Material selection takes account of loads, deformation, temperature and the working environment. We agree the design, rubber compound and hardness before manufacturing.

Custom rubber bushings

Rubber-to-metal bushings and bonded joints made to a sample or drawing. Sleeve dimensions, metal housings and rubber properties are agreed for the assembly.

Vibration mounts and pads

Rubber-to-metal mounts, dampers and cushioning pads for machinery and industrial equipment, designed for the agreed loads.

Moulded rubber parts

Gaskets, diaphragms, seals and other products with agreed geometry.

Rollers, wheels and rubber coating

Custom rubber and rubber-coated rollers and wheels, plus rubber coating of metal shafts. Layer thickness and surface finish are agreed for each application.

Rubber covering restoration

We assess the metal core and design before confirming whether rollers, wheels, shafts or rubber-to-metal parts can be refurbished.

Moulds

We manufacture moulds for individual projects and can use customer-supplied moulds after checking their condition and compatibility with our equipment.

From one part where economically viable to series production. Tooling costs are agreed separately. Part pricing depends on the design, material and quantity.
