Data and purpose
When contacting us, you may provide your name, phone, email or messenger, task description, material, quantity, desired lead time and files. We use these to respond, prepare a quotation and agree an order. Do not submit sensitive personal data. Processing is based on your consent and steps requested before entering into a contract; for orders, it is based on contract performance and applicable legal obligations.
Form and service providers
Form submission is currently disabled: entered data and selected files are not transmitted or stored through it. Once connected, the form will deliver enquiries to the person handling orders through Telegram. Messages you send directly by email, Telegram or WhatsApp are also processed by those services under their own policies. Sites and Cloudflare provide technical infrastructure; technical logs may include IP addresses, request times and errors. These services may process data outside Ukraine and the EU.
Retention
We retain enquiries that do not become orders, and their files, for no more than 12 months after the last communication, then delete them from the working storage and correspondence we control. Order documents are retained for periods necessary to perform the contract and comply with applicable law. Service providers determine retention of their technical logs and backups.
Your rights
Contact info@klymchuk.tech to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may need to verify your identity to handle a request. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or another competent data protection authority.
Cookies and local preferences
The site stores theme (kt-theme) and cookie choice (kt-consent) in browser local storage, and language (kt-lang) in a cookie for up to one year. Editor sign-in requires authentication cookies. Analytics and advertising scripts are not currently connected; if added, they will load only with consent. Change your choice through Cookie settings or clear site data in your browser.
Confidential drawings
Enquiries are accessible to the people handling orders. If your drawings require an NDA, please agree it with us before sending files.
