Exchanges & returns

We accept returns of non-defective products within 14 calendar days after receipt. Products must be unused and complete, with their original saleable appearance, without signs of installation, press-fitting, use, damage or contamination.

Please check the part reference, dimensions and compatibility before installation. Contact us with your order number to arrange an exchange or return.

If a non-defective product is unsuitable, the buyer pays return shipping. We cover return shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects or items supplied incorrectly by us.

To arrange a return, email info@klymchuk.tech or call +380 97 528 12 97 with your order number and the item. Seller address: 12 Batozka St., Vinnytsia, Ukraine. Please agree the recipient details and return method with us before shipping.

Refunds are sent to the payer by bank transfer on the day the contract is cancelled, or, if this is not possible, within an agreed period of no more than 7 calendar days.

Claims concerning manufacturing defects or incorrect items are handled separately. Exchanges and returns are handled in accordance with Ukrainian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase. The conditions for returning non-defective goods do not restrict your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
