We consider loads, deformation, temperature and the working environment. Material and hardness are agreed before manufacturing.
Moulds and tooling
We can manufacture a mould or use customer-supplied tooling after checking its condition and compatibility with our equipment.
Single parts and batches
We consider both one-off parts and series production. Mould costs are agreed separately and affect the economic viability of small orders.
