We manufacture rubber-covered rollers and apply rubber coverings to metal shafts and wheels. Working from drawings or samples, we agree the geometry, operating conditions and manufacturing process.
Rubber compound selection
Loads, temperature and contact with the working environment guide compound selection. Rubber hardness and covering thickness are agreed for the application.
Roller recovering
Replacement of worn rubber is subject to assessment of the metal core and design. Refurbishment is confirmed individually.
Finishing after rubber coating
Where required, we machine and grind the rubber covering to the agreed dimensions and surface finish.
Requesting a quotation
Send a drawing or photos with dimensions, quantity, roller purpose and operating conditions. Tooling costs and the scope of work are agreed before manufacturing.
Feasibility, lead time and price depend on part size, design, material and quantity.
