We identify datum surfaces, fits, holes and surface finish requirements first. We agree the stock material and machining sequence. Dimensions and tolerances are confirmed for each specific part.
| Turning | We manufacture metal bushings, shafts, axles and other turned parts to drawings or samples. Our turning services cover cylindrical surfaces and faces. For a replacement for a worn part, send photos, main dimensions and the required quantity so we can assess feasibility. |

| Milling and drilling | We mill flat surfaces and slots, machine mounting features and drill holes in individual parts and assembly components. Feature positions, dimensions and tolerances are agreed from a drawing or sample. |
| Grinding | We provide cylindrical grinding for shafts and other rotational parts, including mating surfaces. Required dimensions, surface roughness and machining allowance are agreed before work begins. |
| Heat treatment of metals | Hardening of manufactured parts, including shafts. Material, treatment process and required hardness are agreed for each part. |
There is no single tolerance claim for every part: feasibility and inspection methods are agreed before production.
